TIcket Delivery Options
Bright Nights tickets are non-refundable
In the event that Bright Nights is closed because of inclement weather, ticket holders may contact the ticket office to transfer tickets to any remaining 2025 Bright Nights event date
If tickets are purchased for a date that you can no longer attend, you may contact the ticket office 24 hours prior to the original event date to transfer your tickets to a future event.
Bright Night tickets are DATED but not restricted to a particular time on the date you choose

Tickets are also available by phone by calling 717-801-4487 or in person at the Shipley Energy Ticket Office located at 5 Brooks Robinson Way, York PA 17401
Bright Nights closes promptly at 9:00 PM each evening. We encourage you to arrive no later than 8:30 to allow time to enjoy the Bright Nights experience.
If you arrive close to closing time (for example, around 8:50 PM), please note that you’ll have about 10 minutes to experience the event before it concludes. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges aren’t available for limited time in the event due to late arrival.
